Kevin Burrell brings 18+ years of experience building and scaling technical services organizations for enterprise software companies. Before joining AVP, Kevin spent nearly a decade at Aprimo, where he built the Technical Services practice from the ground up and ultimately served as Vice President of Technical Services and AI Transformation. During that time he scaled a global delivery team, established implementation frameworks across Fortune 100 and 500 clients, and led the operationalization of AI capabilities that transformed how enterprise customers onboarded and managed their technology investments.
Kevin’s expertise sits at the intersection of technical architecture, AI enablement, and go-to-market strategy. He has a track record of turning complex technical capabilities into repeatable, scalable delivery models, and of aligning technical execution with the business outcomes clients actually care about.
Kevin is based in the Raleigh-Durham area.
