Michael Steve is a Consultant at AVP, where he specializes in digital asset management strategy, metadata design, and workflow optimization for creative and media-driven organizations. With a background rooted in hands-on production environments, Michael helps teams integrate people, processes, and technology into sustainable content ecosystems that support both creative expression and operational clarity.

Before joining AVP, Michael worked across media, nonprofit, and agency contexts, including roles at YR Media, ITVS, and Hogarth. His experience working directly with creative teams, producers, and operations leaders has given him deep insight into the practical challenges of managing complex content workflows. He brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to system design, helping organizations align tools, governance, and collaboration practices with how work actually gets done.

Michael holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master’s degree in Interactive Media. He lives in California and is particularly interested in how metadata, governance, and emerging technologies can support healthier, more resilient creative systems.
